Charlize on Oprah

Anyways, Charlize shared her thoughts on plastic surgery during the segment, stating that when women try to eliminate the wrinkles on their face, "it's like burning your photo albums."
"We all go through a lot of turmoil and a lot of difficult things that maybe we'd want to forget," Charlize continued. "But you grow from those things and when you see those moments and those lines, it's not looking back at devastation. It's going, 'I've grown from this.' And so in a way … you've earned it."
And here's the thing, I agree with her. But if I was a model/actress with the kind of look that she has, I don't know that it would be such a groundbreaking thought that I wouldn't do a single thing to change my face. It'd be a hell of a lot more interesting of a choice for someone with, oh, I don't know, a giant mole (and I'm talking some gargantuan mess of pigmentation, not some Cindy Crawford bullshit) overtaking their face to say, "Hey, I think I'm just going to walk around with this thing and the rest of the world can just fuck off if they don't like it."
Cause that, bitches, would be awesome.
Meanwhile, I still don't think I'd want to be anywhere near them come lunchtime.
I'm just saying.
